ESCO conducts underground safety evaluations according to ‘The Special Law on Underground Safety Management’ now enforced since January 1, 2018. Our environment & underground safety division, consisting of engineers and technicians with accumulated technical skills in various geotechnical fields, provides a solution that enables the safe development and
utilization of the underground works.

Mr. Park serves as Managing Director of Underground Facility Planning and Design Division responsible for the design of roads, railways, caverns and foundations.

He is a specialist in the analysis of soil-structure interaction behavior. 

He has a wide experience in providing consulting services and the design of underground space and soft ground improvement.
