We have considerable other underground experience having participated in diverse underground space development projects such as a wine storage cavern, silo type and shallow nuclear waste repository caverns, etc. The Gyungju Nuclear Waste Repository, which consists of six silos, each 50m deep and 27m in diameter was successfully completed with the design provided by ESCO and commissioned for operation at the end of 2014. We have also participated in many diverse projects related to port development and demonstrated our specialized capabilities in site characterization, planning and soft ground improvement engineering for the construction of the Busan New Port which has been built on 75m thick marine clay deposits.
