Mr. Hwang is the Vice Chairman of ESCO Consultant & Engineers Company responsible for managing strategic planning and business for engineering services in the construction industry. He has a professional engineer’s licence (Soils and Foundations Engineering) with 36 years’ experience in project management, design of tunnels and underground space development and subways, etc. He also provided the technical assistance for the project staffing of the Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG).

Mr. Hwang is a key member of the Korean Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (KTA) and was the past Vice President of the Korean Society of Civil Engineers (KSCE) and the Korean Geotechnical Society (KGS).

Dr. Park is the President & CEO responsible for managing engineering services and establishing strategic initiatives. These include the expansion of the company in the design and consultation sector and in particular the global market. He has a professional engineer’s licence (Soils and Foundations Engineering) with 27 years’ experience in the planning and design of geotechnical engineering projects including underground space development, reclamation and ground improvements.      

Dr. Park is a member of the Korean Geotechnical Society (KGS) and active as Chairman of Excavation and Support Technical Committee of the Korean Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (KTA).
