  • Description
    • World Tower Building area = 87,182m2 (12.2 times the soccer field while the total floor space is 110 times the soccer field)       
    • Lotte World Tower with 123 floors and 555m height is the world's 5th tallest building
    • Length of the influence by existing subway = 250m (open cut + transfer girder)

 

  • Technical Issues
    • Establishment of the construction plan without disruptions of existing structures in poor ground condition
    • Installation of the transfer girder (transfer building load to the ground) for the safety of subway structures and design of the linkage with the existing subway station
