On December 30 2013,

 There was a ceremony to finish the year at our head office.

 We also exchanged a "Manitto" gifts and finished the year together. 

 On January 2 2014,

 we had a ceremony to start the business year.

 We welcomed the New Year together saying things about our wishes and gratitude.

 After the ceremony, all employees moved to the nearby movie theater and watched the movie, 'The Suspect'.
