Dr. Seung-Ryull Kim, CEO of ESCO, gave an Invited Lecture in the Annual Spring Conference 2013 of the Korean Geotechnical Society (KGS), held at the Yeungnam University on 21 March, 2013. The lecture is entitled "The Use of Underground Space and the Growth of a City".

 His lecture covered the current issues on creation of underground space and proposal for utilization of underground space in the future and improvement in the international competitiveness on domestic technology of civil engineering.
