Employee Welfare Fund of ESCO Since 2002

ESCO runs an employee welfare fund to enhance the willingness for voluntary work and awareness for staff and management community efforts by stabilizing the employees' livelihood and improving welfare.

The employees’ welfare fund contributes to improving our employees' welfare through various support programs such as loans, providing scholarships , medical care and a disaster relief fund, physical and cultural activities support, event support for Labor Day, etc.(Established an employee welfare fund in ESCO Consultant & Engineers Co., Ltd., 2002.12.30.)
