ESCO's Employees’ Association aims to promote a sound
corporate culture by pursuing mutual aid, friendship and
promoting a sense of community among employees.

ESCO’s Employees’ Association has a committee devoted to harmonious and effective management and consists of a chairman elected during a general meeting, a manager of general affairs and advisor (former chairman) who are appointed by the chairman.
